Merry Christmas

I don't know if I will have the chance to write again before the Christmas. I have done all my gift wrapping and tagging finally today. I am leaving for Oxford tomorrow, and will be in a huge loving crowd from whom I can't escape to hide in my blog :) 

So, I wish you all a very merry and joyful Christmas with all your loved ones. Hope you get nice presents as well :)

Sunday is a cold day

I am feeling guilty, I couldn't post anything on Friday. Since Friday I was soo busy. Today I thought I am done with everything and could rest now, but no. I have a new Christmas wish list brought up. I have to deceive my significant other to go out as he hates shopping...

It was so hard to wake up today as it was still like night at the midday. I am up anyway. I will be hosting a sushi night on Friday so I have start the preps. Today IKEA + supermarket, Wednesday coffee with a friend, Friday is full anyway and one day shopping on whatever day is left.

I just saw that next week sale is starting in H&M and probably in many other shops so gotta save some money for next week. Xmas spirit is at the highest as so little time left. I am so excited for it as I will be in Oxford, in a 300 years old house with a large family to celebrate it. And of course presents. It will really be magical i guess.

Anyway, I just wanted to wish you a great week. Have fun everyone!

TGI Friday

So it is Friday again. Has been a hectic week for me, not the best among my favorites. But I am glad it is over now, maybe next week I will be luckier.

The Christmas countdown has started and I am attending my first Xmas party tonight. Although I am a bit sick and has a red spot on my face I'll do my best to put it out there. Best of all today is Friday. 

Hope all you have a great weekend. Mine will be quite busy with birthdays to attend and hosting a dinner... I am sure I'll find couple of minutes to relax and get over my flu...

Its a great quote by Einstein. However, facts cannot be changeable in some cases. So, the theory my life at the moment is (from micro to macro), being healthy, getting a good job that I want, making my dream com true with him. Now, I can eat oranges all day get over my poor health, very easy, done...

Getting a job that I want. Stop there now... What is the fact that I need to change? Change the channel of source when looking for job ads? - maybe... But not quite. The fact to change would be correcting the poor economic situation, correcting the minds of HR people, changing laws... I can't do that, can I? So Einstein tell me, what can be done for this? And for my last theory, i only have to wait...

Anyway... Recently I have been feeling very creative, but didn't have the tools... But I am hoping that I will get some bits and pieces tomorrow...

About tutu, this Friday there is the Christmas party to attend and my dress is partly from tulle in silver grey. I think its really pretty, will share its pictures later on. Once I am out tomorrow, I will complete the look with the small touches.

Not said much, not said what I really wanted on this post of mine.
All I want is peaceful mind and to be left that way without any intruders.

Having been a bit unwell recently (because I have costochondritis, hmmm yeah, nevermind!) I am getting all the wellness of Friday and celebrating it with some shopping, a good talk by Wikipedia's founder Jimmy Wales and a birthday party at night.

Trotting on

It wasn't when I was a little girl that I wanted a pony. It was later on when I was in high school that I realized I want to ride horses. But, unfortunately didn't have the chance until last year. 

Last year, I decided I will make my dream come true before its too late. I always loved animals and believe have a way of communication with them. But horses, I figured they are so unique, so smart. They understand you, could be stubborn (especially if its a female, i wonder why:) but will know what you want before you ask them.

As I learned riding a horse, I started taking lessons for show jumping. But since last spring, didn't have a chance to ride them as I was either traveling or moving to a different country altogether. So, here I am now, literally dreaming about horses every other night...

They are just so beautiful... When you are riding them all the world goes away and it becomes you two ruling the world. The bond is so strong. Its definitely time to make a research for a new equestrian club around here...

Cup of coffee

I don't know what could be better than sitting in my lovely home with a warm cup of coffee while watching the   night take over the chaos of the day. Especially knowing that tomorrow is Friday :) So, it was a productive day I spent with cleaning and cooking, but the best of all is the me time which is writing my blog...

The past couple of months had been harsh on me and its no getting better. But while I was checking out my favorite blogs I came across with this motto :

¨Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.¨

Its is very true considering the fact that I am in the middle of what had screwed my last couple of months and becoming very involved in it in a good way, i guess. Though, I should accept, once in a while memories are getting on my nerves and I am feeling a rage to go and rip it apart. OK, its sounds so absurd when you don't know what it is. The situation is like when you love someone but you are not loved back and instead you see that he loves your best friend and you have to be in the middle of it; because at the end its your best friend we are talking about. And you start hanging with them. Its not what happened to me, in fact the subject is totally different; but thought this simile may clear the picture for you.

Anyway, so I am now in the middle of this relationship everyday. Fun, huh? But its so funny what life brings you. You get over it or get under it... No matter how things break you, somehow childishly I still have a tiny bit of hope that he is gonna love me back someday...

Looking forward to

In the last couple of weeks, things came up that kept me going like the Backstreet Boys concert I am going this Friday. They have been my favorites when I was in high school and always dreamed of going to their concert. If you had a wish and thought its not coming true, don't give up. All of sudden they are giving a concert in two blocks down to where I moved a month ago. When I mean move, I mean moving to my new home in a new country. 

The day after the concert, there is the launch of Jimmy Choo collection at H&M and I have been waiting for it. Its definitely buy-a-shoe day! I may actually be in the store early in the morning, really can't miss it. 

Thats not it. Then there is the almost everyone's new sweetheart, the charming vampire Edward Cullen. Yes, New Moon is out on 20th of November and I can't wait for it.  Booking the ticket is on my to-do list for today.

The Start

Well, I've been thinking... Actually I was wandering among different blogs and I felt inspired. Thought maybe this time I can actually start my own blog and more importantly keep it going. Not making any promises though... I'll try and we'll see...

Planning to create something colorful and fun against the gray skies of the coming winter. Although I kind a like the clouds as the Starbucks had brought the red cups back. With the joy of the early coming holiday season, it really does warm my heart and soul. 

More than else, I am gonna keep it me.
